game cheats for the pc platform

Fallout 3 PC people dont stop attacking me
I just bought Fallout 3 for PC and i got out of the vault 101. I get to the first city Mega something and I'm doing this quest to find my dad. The mayor tells me to go to that guys saloon so i do. Here's the problem, when I'm walking up the platform to the saloon, people start randomly shooting at me. I tried loading the game to before I entered the city and trying again. Everyone is friendly but as soon I start walking up the platform, they shoot me again. So I leave the city and wait 2 days then i come back in. Everyone is nice, this time i try walking up the other platform, so I'm walking up the platform with no weapons pulled out and I try talking to this person for directions, she starts screaming and runs away then everyone shoots me. I try leaving city, waiting 2 days coming back, this time I talk to no one, I'm half way up the platform and then out of no where everyone starts attacking me. I was wondering if there was any cheats to make them stop without killing them all, like the oblivion cheat to remove bounty.

Platform decision for Fallout 3
I rented Fallout 3 for my 360 and I like it and all, but sometimes it gets really hard. Even on Very Easy, which I'm ashamed to say, I played it on that difficulty. Money and ammo doesn't come around much, and it's hard to stay on track. Plus there are no cheats for the game whatsoever. Then you have the PC version that has cheats for it. The game would be better and funner I think. Any suggestions?

sims 2 on gamecube
i want to know if u can have a baby on this game? i know u can have kids in the create a family portion, but in the actual gameplay, after u get married.. can u have a baby? i boosted my relationship with my "husband" and i havent yet seen the option for "have a baby". just wondering if thats something different about the gamecube version. NOTE: i have only played SIMS (1) on PC. never played SIMS 2 on pc, or anyother platform. on SIMS (1) PC, there is an option to "have a baby" after boosting ur relationship.. ALSO--- any cheats u may have for this game would be wonderful and greatly appreciated. SIMS 2 Gamecube. hmm.. so far, the only options i have in bed while relaxing is "cuddle" or "woohoo" .. but no baby...mabe they have to like eachother more..? or maybe u just cant have baby in the gamecube version, :(

Xbox360 Games Or PC Games
I know this is really a matter of personal preference but my question is, Would you want to buy BioShock on 360 or on PC? My PC can do DX10 and plays the game at full settings and looks amazing. (I’ve played only the demo) I’ve also played the 360 demo and it does look good but it does not look as good as the PC version. To me the 360 version looks kind of flat. It’s hard to explain. If you have seen both versions you should know what I mean. What do you think the advantages and disadvantages are? Another point for the PC version is there is always good cheats, God mode, all weapons you know, and now days for the consoles It seems like the good cheats are missing from the console games. I like to have fun in the game exploring everything without dying. If you were going to buy one and had the two options for what platform would you buy and why?

My little sis is really stuck on 102 dalmations puppies to the rescue pc game plz help
My little sis is really stuck on the level called the lumber mill where she has 5/6 puppies but doesn't know how to get to the really high one ( not the one u reach with the crane but the one by the moving platform) and I don't know what to do either. If u know what to do to get the puppy or know how to get rid of those wierd truck things or even know any cheats plz answer. how do we get the puppy from the lumber mill into the game?
