I'm Japanese high school student and I am 17. I am studying English now. I want to work in US in the future. The job which I want to take hasn't been clear yet but I'm interested in video game. I know US is one of the most greatest country about video game or movie or music.(silent hill/ bio hazard etc.) I also know it's difficult to acquire the qualification so that I can work. If I will work in the game company, what kind of qualification should I get? And, What kind of college should I graduate? How do you get Akatsuki outfits on Sims 2 ampor 3 game

Why is my computer slow
I've had my computer for several years, but it's never been this slow before. Last week, the internet was fine. I could press play on a video on youtube and it was load as I watched it, but now, it has to stop every couple of seconds to load. When I try to play a game online, it used to take about 15 seconds to load but now it takes 90 seconds. This slowness began on Wed. I turned on the computer & it said it was going to do a disk check (or something--I'm not sure exactly what--I have a Dell computer with Windows XP if that helps) Anyway it has done this before but I noticed that the check was taking a LOT longer than it used to. When it finally finished I logged on and tried to play a video and that's when I noticed the computer was very slow. Also, I had downloaded a toolbar last month & I think it was an automatic update, and I got a new version of it. I thought maybe that was slowing the computer down so I uninstalled the toolbar but it is still slow. Then I spoke to my sister who went online before me that day & she said the computer did a disk check then also, & the internet was very slow. I'm not sure if she let the disk check continue though. And I don't know if she downloaded anything. She's rather apprehensive about that. I don't know what the problem could be. I ran a virus & spyware check & nothing came up (But there were 11 warnings from cookies). I deleted most of my browser history. My computer has more than half of its memory left. I deleted some other files but nothing worked. Also I looked at the System Configuration Utility & I unselected some things in startup & a couple in services. I even cleaned the inside of the CPU (lots of dust in there) I read somewhere that it could be the registry & I would have to download something. But I'm not too excited about downloading anything more. Can someone please tell me what to do?

I have a Sony Vaio Laptop and I want to play The Sims 3 on it. I done the "Can you RUN IT?" test and it said my laptop failed to meet the minimum requirements I needed to play the game! I failed on 3 things - 1. CPU - Minimum: (XP) 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent; (Vista) 2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent [If built-in graphics chipsets then 2.6 GHz Pentium D CPU, or 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent]. You Have: 2 processors running - Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2130 @ 1.86GHz 2. CPU speed - Minimum: (XP) 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent; (Vista) 2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent [If built-in graphics chipsets then 2.6 GHz Pentium D CPU, or 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent.] You Have: 1.86 GHz 3. Video Card - Minimum: 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0 (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5900 or above / ATI Radeon 9500 or above / Intel GMA 3-series or above) You Have: Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family So my question is: Is there any way I can upgrade all three of these things to meet the minimum requirements and to be able to play on The Sims 3?
