Im trying to pick a good theme for my birthday party
Okay,well,I'm having a birthday party and I want to pick a cool theme for my party. One of my friend did a Fear Factor party and the other did a 80's Disco kind of party. I'm trying to aim for something like those.At the fear factor party we had to participate in these gross games and eating 'bugs' (etc.). At the Disco party it was basically dressing up,dancing and playing games relating to the 80's. I want a cool theme.I was thinking a murder mystery party but I want to keep a wide variety of choices just in case I have a change of mind... I wasn't asking for your opinions on should I have a theme or not at a party. I was asking for cool themes.I mean, you clearly should fix that if you're 23 and still do scavenger hunts at your bday party. I'm 14 years old. I'm in highschool. My friends did cool parties like Fear Factor or 80's Disco Dance Party. Thomas the Train(and Obama) sadly does not fit into those categories nor are cool... I want some kind of MURDER MYSTERY theme like stated above. Maybe kits or something like that could help.

Uhm, kiaay, so, here it goes. There's this guy that I REALLY like, but I only see him twice a year. I've known him my entire life, and for about the first nine years of my life, I hated his guts. I see him at my cousin's birthday parties, one in January, one in September, though not lately in September, anyways. I'm 16, and for almost the past four years, i've been head over heels for him. My friend about three years ago told him over msn (real mature, I know, but I was only 13 :D) and the response we got was "tell her I already have a girlfriend.", and ever since then i've had an intense fear of rejection. So anyways, fast forward three years, I finally have gotten over my fear of rejection and was going to tell him next month how I feel about him. I had a whole speech planned out, what I was going to where, pretty much everything about that day. But then, I find out he has a girlfriend. So, there's this other guy i've befriended and have recently had feelings for. I decided to get over my crush of almost four years with him. We started hanging out a lot, and I really thought he liked me. Then, enter my "best friend." First day they meet, they start going out -_-. But I didn't know!! Day after they start going out, my friend invites me over with the guy. They spent the entire time all over each other and letting me just piece together myself that they're going out. So, needless to say, i'm pissed, so I move on. BUT THEN. He breaks up with her and starts acting into me again. My other friend starts joke texting him one night and asks him if he likes me pretending to be me, and I find out, yes he does. So, I start to rethink, so what if he went out with my best friend, and led me on...Anyways, he tells me he likes me after much badgering on my side, and then asks me to forgive him for going out with my best friend when really he was just trying to get to know me. I find out about five seconds later from my friend who was joke texting him that while he was asking me to forgive him for going out with my friend, he was flirting with joke texting friend -_- I know this probably sounds immature and everything, but I don't know what to do. I mean, I guess this is a two parter. Part one: Do I still tell my crush of three years how I feel about him, even if it means getting crushed? Part two: Do I get over the fact that the guy who led me on was flirting with my friend while asking me to forgive him and see what happens from then on? Extra info on part one: In December when I last saw him he flirted with me, and payed attention to me all night. But I guess also being the one person closest to his age could factor into that -_-. But anyways, normally he spends the entire time playing video games with my cousins, but in December we spent a lot of time talking, and most of the time he sat extremely close to me. He jokes around with me and teases me a lot, and I really don't know what this means. Gahh, i'm so hung up on him. Extra info on part two: I really don't know. We met in May, and talk fairly often. He seems like he really wants to make up to me for going out with my friend and make me feel the same way for him as he feels for me, but I just don't know. It's mostly trust i'm questioning really. How can I trust a guy who while asking me to forgive him for leading me on and everything is flirting with my friend. Ugh, guys give me a headache. I don't know, should I just get over both of them? The thing is, that I can't get over crush of three years because whenever I see him, I fall all over again. It seems so cliched and hopeless romantic, but unfortunatly it's true. I have a feeling it's more then a crush, but I don't know anymore. I hope I don't sound like a whiner, because i'm really not. And hopefully I don't come off as dramatic either o.O Aha, thanks to anyone willing to help me :D
