Tips for this girlfriend problem
There's this girl she's really quiet in class, but I helped her out with an assignment and we became casual acquaintances I would say last school year. Then she asked me to join math club with her, which was I didn't end up joining since I really fail at math. There was something about her that made me want to keep talking to her, even though she was always soft spoken, and I guess I got her to talk a little more than most people could. Eventually I found out she played the violin very proficiently and to my surprise was the concert master for the school's orchestra as well as outside of school. Since I play piano, I often asked her to duet with me sometime. One day she asked me to duo with her for a project for her friend; so we spent a few weeks or so going to each others' houses to practice. This meant that we'd have to walk home together too, and that was really nice. Surprisingly, she would talk a lot more, and seemed to open up and have fun with me. Also she began to always invite me to play online games with her and we would instant message a lot during the school year. Now it's summer. School's starting soon in a couple of weeks or so and we haven't seen each other and barely talk to each other. I got her a souvenir from my vacation and I instant messaged her telling her about it and she said, "Why did you get me souvenir. You didn't have to. It's a bother to you." I ended up telling her it was a bother if she didn't accept it, and walked to her house and left it in front of the door.Later I called her and she had an indifferent voice, so I couldn't really tell if she was happy despite the fact that she said thanks. After that I've been trying to call her occasionally and ask her to take a walk with me but apparently she never picks up the phone or calls back. So I attempt to initiate conversations on AIM since I think it's the only way I have a chance to talk with her now, but she always seems to give vague responses especially when I ask her to hang out. I say something like "I haven't seen you all summer we should do something together sometime." She goes, "You didn't really miss anything." Oh how badly and tempted I was to reply "I missed you" The thing is that from the day I met her in August last school year until now, I've felt some sort of connection with her, that she could be someone special. Sometimes I think she might feel the same way, but her actions near the end of the school year until now are opposite. She seems really uninterested and doesn't give me a chance to talk to her more or something. Now I feel like if anything, I would just want to be her friend but I'm not even sure if I am that to her since she never said "friend" when referring to me. I could be just some random guy, a classmate nothing more, nothing less. Any thoughts on this, like what I could do to get her to talk to me again, does it seem like I did something wrong, should I give up on her, etc. Silly question, yes but my summer feels dead because of this -_- so any response is greatly appreciated. Just thought I'd add that I haven't had any form of communication with her for the past 3 weeks or so already. So far thanks for all the replies everyone. Looking for a fun hard maths game site for 14 yr old
My 14 year old sister is in year 8 and has trouble with maths, especially fractions/decimals/percentages, pythagoras' theorem and basic algebra (formula of a line). All the maths games I can find are either really boring or only have simple maths. She already knows how to add & multiply! She spends heaps of time online and likes games like Neopets & Club Penguin, does anyone know of something like these (that you can play for ages) that focuses on higher-level maths?

Do i really have ADDADHD How can i tell my mom so she will take me seriously
Ok, well i am 15, almost 16. In school, i dont pay any attention what so ever, until it means either pay attention or get kicked out of class. Im in the advanced math, and i sleep through class, and then a couple days before the test i will go to the teacher in study hall so she can teach me the math, then i ace the test. In other classes, i complete about half my homework and ace my tests and i end up with about a B on average. I always move around on my seat (sit on my foot or kneel up on it) when i am at home or alone, I try not to do that in public tho. In school i only have energy at lunch time or gym or something thats fun, otherwise im almost asleep. ADHD runs in my family, and my brother was diagnosed but i wasnt. He is *crazy* tho and got kicked out of school because he cant control himself. For the past couple of months, ive been smoking alot of weed, pretty much every day, and i recently stopped, and now i have alot of energy. ALOT. If im just sitting around i will feel like going outside and sprinting the block twice. I am always fidgeting my fingers or feet or something, and people get mad at me for it. I like to play video games, and my friend gave me some adderall one time and it made me want to play them and i was alot quicker and better. Does that mean i do or dont have it? I didnt have the energy i normally do, but, i was also stoned, but i could play video games with absolute concentration and quickness, unlike when im just on weed. I took a test for this online diagnosis thing, and it said if u have 50% answered yes you probly have it, and i had about 75%. OH btw, dont give me the whole weeds bad thing, i am done with it, so no use yelling at me now. But im just wondering, how can i tell my mom that i might have it? She thinks i still smoke weed and she caught me a couple times in the past, so i dont know if she will think im a faker or whatever to get some adderall, can anyone help me out?

I need help picking out a major help please D
Well... first a little about me. For days I have been thinking about this and I'm still lost. - I'm interested in social networking, internet wise. Such as myspace.com and facebook. I don't own an account on those but they have been very successful. The meeting new people is what interests me (over the internet). Seems like a good money maker. - I do like computers.. but not every aspect. I use to do photoshop work in my spare time just as a hobby. I like the building aspect of computers too, such as building a super computer. In high school, I built one and put it back together and I had a lot of fun... but I don't think there's a major to just build computers. - I'm not a science person.. I loathe chemistry and biology. The only math I ever liked was Algebra 2 and below, except Geometry. Everything else I hate aswell lol. - I'm extremely shy and antisocial but I really hope to end it one day.. soon. I'm about to have my braces removed and I really hope it boosts my confidence to mix in with people because I don't know what will. :( I don't like talking to people very much and especially presentations.. infront of people.. gaaah. But again... maybe one day I'll get over them if I want to meet people =( - Well.. I like to play games online. - I've never done reviews for things before, but it seems interesting to me. Not newspaper wise, I mean like video game reviews or.. celebrity stuff on websites, those seem cool and celebrity never ends lol. But that doesn't seem like something I could major in.. probably just a money maker on the side like selling reviews to websites D:.. -I like the internet more than a computer by itself.. I hope that helps somehow. I'd like to major in something that keeps be interested for the rest of my life, and make enough money and have a happy life....... :[ Also.. I was about to pick Computer Science but then I saw the classes and gah.. biology.. chemistry .. *nightmares* So any suggestions would be helpful. :D I'm about to enter into college, so I'll be a freshman. If I failed a class twice and suddenly make an A in the online course does that look suspicious
Ok, I have taken college remedial math twice in the 08-09 school year (yes, I suck) and I have failed both times...I should have dropped the class, but freshman stupidity took over. I am now taking the math class online because I am home for the summer and it would just be easier that way. But, the class is kind of like a video game and it's pretty fun, so I enjoy doing my math work. The first weeks grades have been posted and I have an A in the class. If this continues, (hopefully) will it look odd that I was only able to pass because I did it online by cheating (which I am not)? Kat, thank you for such a useless response. The tests/exams are done online as well, I thought it would be proctored in person...but they aren't. I thought that was weird too.
