adult flash 2 games
Baby Minds Brain Building Games for Babies
I am writing to ask about a chapter in this book regarding teaching/playing "Problem Solving" games, that will help your baby (2-3 months old) once becoming an adult to be a better problem solver. The test also reflected that this will be able to help them to detect patterns and predict consequences.
There was a test that was mentioned that by having simple pictures of checkerboards, dolls and animals flash across a computer screen flashing from different sides of the screen; which was a challenge for the babies to figure out where and when to look in anticipation of the next picture, to eventually predict where the pictures would be flashing out from and to have their eyes to shift to the anticipated location.
My question is how would that help a child to become a better "Problem Solver" as an adult.

Anyone remember this flash game
There's a series of an online game I played 2 years ago but for the life of me I can't find it. It's an adult flash game where you are this guy that is placed in these situations (like a club) where he has to try and pick up girls. It's a choose your own adventure type of game. You can choose who to talk to and then options on what to say. Depending what you pick is the outcome. He says things like Shaazaam and weird things like that. He's like this total player. I remember one of the stories he was actually in a twilight zone and no matter which option you chose he couldn't impress the girls. Any idea on the name of this game?
Yes it's Booty Call!! THANKS

Could i have Adult ADD
My teachers and mother were throughout my school years just convinced i was lazy. I was diagnosed with a dyslexia type... condition 2 years ago.
As i child i was:
Forgetful
Easily distracted/prone to daydreaming
Lost things and got extremly angry when i couldn't find them.
Never did homework unless i spent hours on it or found it uniquly interesting since i was 7.
Had difficulty focusing while in class, to the point where i was constantly bored.
Now as an adult:
I procrastinate far too often, it impacts my ability to get a job, study, and do work.
I take ages to make a decision
I lose track of time easily.
When start to study i can't do it for more than ~10 minutes before my mind wanders and i have to do somethign else.
i'm bad at multi tasking.
When i found/find something really interesting i can focus on it all through the night and read/study/work on that subject.(rare occurance)
when i read long sections of text on screen i have to highlight ever couple of scentences at a time to not lose my place/concentration.
The only thing is, my doctor said i probably don't have it becuase i managed to finish high school with ... reasonable grades.
Problems i have with my doctors words are:
My iq is ~130
I studied with flash card type methods.
i finished the exams in 1/2 the time alloted becuase i couldn't concentrate on the questions, i could only give them the minimal answers in most cases.
(from my work that i was able to concentrate on, my teachers unanimously expected me to Ace all of my exams, i got 50%s and 60%s.)
and according to my girlfriend i tend to blurt things out sometimes.(possibly hurtful)
and i spend an inordinate amout on time on the computer or internet constantly reading article after article or playing high speed game after high speed game. (i used to like them, but now i lose interest in strategy games straight away)
oh, i'm 18 btw.
Could i have ADD? Should i go back to my doctor with this stuff on paper, (i don't express myself clearly in speech), should i see a specialist ADD/ADHD doctor?
Help, my lack of concentration is having major bad effects on my life: behind with my course, unable to redecorate the house for longer than 30 minutes at a time.
I also fidgit incessantly when waiting on something and get extremely angry when frustrated, which i remembered as i waited a year for this question to post.
Thankfully i live in the uk and can prepay for prescriptions £48 for 1 year of any medicine(not including taxes that go to the nhs)
I relax well with a fast rock or trance song playing but i can't think with it playing so it's not effective for treatment just calming down a bit.

Can you help me figure myself out
Im 14, diagnosed with a.d.d, imsomnia, depression, and dyslexia and suffer from dialy migrians. I like to be solitary. When i was 13 i had an iq test and i scored 128, with very little sleep for the past month, my dysabilities, daily migrains etc. The doctor was quite fascinated with my scores because people with these kind of defecits and learning diffaculties score around in the 90's. My doctor is britains n.2 on learning diffaculty and child assesment, she wanted to test me again. The next day i scored 155. I have never been very good at school. My grades are all over the place 40's to 100's, all very random. My attention jumps and flatters, hyperactive, and i go through periods of around 5- 20 minutes average of just escaping from reality. In the background of all this calamaty i constantly hear classical music, ( I create this by listening to a violin play a song or a piano etc, hear the notes the movements, the variations and compile anything from a solo piece to a multi instrumental song of up to 4-7 instruments at once.) I can hear this very clearly when i just forget time and zone out. I change the music with my moods. Acompanied with this are flashes of lights, images and even snippets of movies i see or create. For instance i can get very afraid when im just sitting alone, i turn urround and theres an imagionary person sitting in a chair staring at me. It al looks so real. I have also always been gifted in writting ( started writting stories by 10, usually 50 - 100 pages long with vocabulary to the extent of a adult, but with bad spelling.) A am also VERY gifted in art. I have gone to many schools seen many people, and none of them are better than me. I am not boasting, jus stating facts. I have intense changes in moods and bad people skills. I like to program my ipod or build rockets, paintball guns and modding bikes with engines. Every one in school says im stupid, and i have really no friends at my current school, although i have 3 really good ones out of my school. I've built 3d games and like to read about physics( which im okay at), history (very knowledgeable in) and general books. like music from punk to classical, bethoven to pink floyd. I have never liked pop or rap. I suffer from short term memory loss and so i had to quit learning french in school, but my long term memory is near picture clear. I can remember things accurately down to my age of 3 years. The only wierd thing is, is that i always se me in 3d person. I can look at a 2 dimensional image and render it 3d looking at it from different angles. When I daydream in class i can create a interactive universe as clear as reality in my mind, and sometimes unable to tell whats real, whats a dream. I think slowly among others most of the time but, think clear and sharp alone. I have never been able to stop trying to work out how everything works and how they are connected with the vast, elaborate tapestry of life. My gifts have given me pleasure, joy and peace. They have also driven me to depression, frustation in not being understood, and near crazyness. I do not make these up, not for attention or sympathy because i know otherwise that it would be a waste of time. I only state the known truth about myself and only want some hope of answers to my troubles. If anyone insults me then you wasted your time reading this and should do something else. I only want to seek help to understand myself better.
