GothCrumplebottom ghosts in The Sims 3
Does anyone know the stories about the ghosts in Goth Manor? I've looked up the characters online, but all I can get is family trees, not how they died. I read that Lolita Goth (who can't be found on the family tree) was electrocuted, but I don't know how we can tell. They all seem to have a vaguely electrical charge to them. I made my own ghost by walling in a character and giving her no food, and I've noticed that she seems to reenact her death. She always acts like she's frustrated that she can't move and is always hungry. I've seen some of the ghosts recreate patterns. One will fall down, then another will come upon them, look scared and they fall down too. Are they recreating their deaths? Were any of them murdered by another, or are there no stories and EA is just playing with our heads? Also, is it possible to make baby/toddler/child ghost? Will the game let you be that cruel or will someone just come and take the kid away to a foster home? I'm not a mean person, but there is something awesome about creepy little children goulies.

whats wrong with my bunny overheated
about a year ago i went to a friend of a friends party im not much of a partyer so when i found out there was a nintendo game counsel upstairs away from the party i headed up there and discovered the entire upstairs was completely saturated in cat urine it was disgusting!!!!! when i found the room the games were in i saw this tiny ball of fluff in the middle of a wire shelf unit set up in a kind of open top cage all around the ball of furry were piles of cat poo and trash i poked the fluff ball and saw it was an adorable bunny i sat there petting her all night and was close to heartbroken when it was time to head back home. a few days later the party's host mentioned he was getting yet another animal and had to get rid of the rabbit so of course i jumped right on it the next night i arrived home with the tiny creature in one hand and a bag of food in the other the day after that i tossed out the wire shelves and got a roomy condo with a drawbridge door so she could go in and out as she pleased while exploring her new home. at first getting close to her was dangerous we heard she was always so mean biting scratching and charging at anything that came her way but lots of patience and a change in diet (timothy hay and fresh veggies) changed that friends who knew her before were amazed to see her jumping up on the bed to cuddle and not bite! lots of time and lots of love has gone into our relationship so when about a week ago i found my younger brother barley out of his toddler years shoving countless strawberries into the bunny's house i knew that was an overload (i only give her fruit treats once-twice a week) poor thing had massive diarrhea for the next couple days i looked at others reviews online and learned a week off fruits n veggies (strict hay diet) will clear her all up and it worked she was back to her old new self playing with my cat following me around my room and hopping around the backyard on our 'walks' currently the weather has started to change this is our first summer in our new home so last night when i came home from work i was shocked to feel how hot it had gotten in my top floor room i went immediately to my rabbits house were she was happily eating her hay i checked her water tho it was still half full i changed it anyway when i came back upstairs my bunny was spread out in her house i picked her up put her down and she just layed there i noticed she had poo stuck to her legs so i cleaned out her house and wiped her down with a wet cloth as usual (she gets a bath at least twice a month) i gave her a couple carrots which she enjoyed and we watched a couple movies till i put her back in her house for the night with the fan on and the window open. this morning when i woke up i saw she hadn't moved from that spot all night! i immediately brought her down to the living room were it was much much cooler and turned on the fans i wet her face and ears and treated her to broccoli (her favorite) she has started to sit up a little but for the most part still laying down ---------i just checked on her again her poo this morning were a dark brown and pellets as usual but now clumpy and wet i removed what was left of her snack shes still laying down but sat up to give me nose kisses when i petted her im getting worried and payday is right around the corner what can i do till i can get her to the vet? im keeping a close eye on her if she doesn't recover in a couple days like with the diarrhea shes defiantly going to the vet. what can i do in the mean time?

Whats this online game life simulator thing
It's kind of hard to explain. I played it a good few years ago, and I was thinking about it the other day. Basically, it's a heavily text based web game. You start out as a baby, then grow to be a toddler, then a little kid, a teenager, an adult, an old person and finally death. Along the way you had to make decisions with multiple choice questions that shape the life you lead and the person you become. I remember one had pretty nasty consequences; as a kid, you could get a job as a model, but the photographer ended up being a shady guy and if you didn't have the sense to flee you wound up dead in a ditch somewhere. anyway, it was a good game, sort of an interactive story in a sense, and in a way it was quite moving. I'd like to look it up again, so if anyone's got the slightest idea what I'm going on about then please let me know.

Why does my 9 year olds head sweat so bad
My son is 9 and has ALWAYS sweat so easily! Even with light activity it gets drenched! He can be sitting and playing a video game and his head sweats. It literally is drenched a lot of the time, enough that it looks like he just showered and didn't dry his head! It bugs me as I can't figure out why! He does have nocturnal enuresis (bed wetting), and has his whole life. He is on meds for it. He doesn't drink fluids excessively either. He is a little pudgy now, but that wasn't always the case. Though I don't think it would have anything to do with it anyway. I have tried searching this online and am only coming up with questions/answers about infants and toddlers sweating. My son is obviously not in that age range! I basically keep his head shaved so its cooler for him, he complains he is hot a lot, but has no fevers. Any ideas? Suck it Trebek: The peds suggested that in the past because he gets painful rashes on his armpits, even though he doesn't seem to sweat much there. We tried the Drysol (for hyperhydrosis) and it stung his skin so bad it made him cry and it hurt worse than the rash so we stopped it. Guess that doesn't rule it out, but the treatment sure wasn't good for him!

child blocking software I have an extra laptop computer that I am letting my 25 year old son play with
He likes to play blues clues software & some other toddler games I have loaded on it. Is there software I can put on the computer that will prevent him from accidentally changing settings on the computer? In the future I may let him play games online as well, so I will want to prevent him from going places online. I'm not asking for opinions on how I choose to teach my son, just want to know good software. Thanks for the input though.

Looking For a Book of Christmas Ghost Stories
Okay, this is a long shot, but figured I'd ask. A long time ago, when I was 10, I remember owning a book of Christmas-themed ghost stories. I have no memory of the book's actual title or the titles of any of the short stories. The only thing I remember is that plot synopsis on the back said: "Ho Ho Ho...BOO!" I've tried googling online "Christmas Ghost Stories," and variations on that, and the book that keeps coming up is one by Jo-Anne Christensen, which I've looked for but can't find, and can't tell if that's it anyway. The descriptions for that book all say that it contains light-hearted ghost stories, and I remember the stories in this book being VERY dark. Granted, often the perceptions of a 10 year old will remember something as darker than it actually was, but the stories I remember were pretty out there. I remember one story was about a kid and his sister who cut across the woods to get home on Christmas Eve and encounter a group of dead kids who play some game with them in exchange for their souls. Another one was about a family who moves into a new place. When the little boy looks at a blank wall, he sees a room no one else can see. There's an old family celebrating Christmas dinner and beckoning him to join them. Eventually he does cross over to the room -- and dies. I remember that story ends with the narrator saying: "Strange, isn't it?" Another story was about these mechanical dolls that would skate by themselves (or maybe they were enchanted?). I actually don't remember if there was anything supernatural about the story; it was just very dark and cryptic. The narrator is a kid who's jealous that his cousin got these cool dolls that are so hypnotic when they skate/dance, so when they take the dolls ice-skating on the frozen lake, he steals them and tricks the cousin into thinking they've fallen through the ice. The cousin is so grief-stricken that she jumps into the frozen water after them and later dies of pneumonia. Meanwhile, the narrator just sits in his room, staring at these dolls, obsessed with them, slowly vegetating. Man, what a depraved story. However, the one that stuck with me the most was one I just suddenly thought of recently and was what made me start thinking about this book: the narrator is an older girl. Every year around Christmas, a poltergeist figure that makes a jingling sound will appear in the middle of the night outside her room and knock on her window. It terrifies her to death, but feels ashamed to tell her family. This year they've moved to a new house so she hopes they've lost the ghost, but sure enough, he shows up outside her window that night. Throughout the story she starts to get strange memories. She finds stuff hidden in the attic that she doesn't remember ever owning and some toy that makes a jingling sound identical to that of the ghost. The big climatic moment comes at the Christmas party when something (I forgot what) stirs up another memory and she suddenly blurts out "Andrew!" which shocks her parents. She realizes that Andrew was her younger brother who died when she was a toddler. Her parents never brought him up and she had blocked the memory. Those were his toys and that's why the ghost made the jingling sound. That story really affected me, not because it was scary, but it was moving when she realized who the ghost that she'd been scared of all these years was. Well, hopefully someone out there remembers the name of this book, or of one of the short stories. Even if you've never read it, maybe these description will pique your interest and you'll look for it too. Thanks!
