Ok I think it is impossible to unlock Mr. Mcmahon in 24/7 mode. In the game it says you have to win or retain any championship at wrestlemania. It took me 3 years (in the game) to get in the title match b/c the mcmahons kept stripping me of the title. I finnally got in an elimintaion chamber match for the world heavyweight championship and won. But he didn't get unlocked. I got the title I didn't retain it. I play the game on PS2. How to do it? Cheats? Either one works!
