pogo games wont load

Every single way to block or avoid a website
Pogo games are really a pain in the ass in my life. (internet javascript gambling site) I have Ebay selling and Poser/Daz3D things I need to do for my upcoming graphic novel, towards further income, but he's always playing those damn games for hours on end. He has equal access to the administrator account, and there is absolutely no way I'm willing to unleash a shitstorm by restricting him to a guest account. I need all possible ways to block and complicate his access to the pogo games website on the internet. List everything you know please.

Can I Use My ADSL2 modem for just ADSL
I would really like someone to answer this question that know about Modems. When I went to ADSL2 my modem I was using for ADSL wasn't any good so I had to purchase another modem from Bigpond. Now don't laugh as I am ignorant on some things with the computers and this is one of them. Recently I changed my ISP however dumb me forgot to check if this ISP had ADSL2 in my area and of course they didn't and I already signed the contract for 2 years. The question is will I have to go back using my old modem I was using just for ADSL,getting on average 1.4mbs download speed, or can the ADSL2 modem handle this. Why I am asking is because since I was discharged from hospital(Admitted 20th May Discharged 27th May and I signed the new contract with my ISP on 27th April) nothing seems to work correctly. For instance I would be playing games in pogo.com and I have lost count how many times I have been booted from my games or just freezing up. I also DJ on the internet and displaying/requesting from my play list always worked as the same dates as pogo.com. If it isn't the modem could it be anything else? Everything was perfect with Bigpond but my new ISP is it a coincidence that things are starting to be faulty or is it settings.? I just don't know. I hope I have made sense here and would appreciate any intelligent help at all. Thank you

What all can and cant I do on satellite internet thanks to there download limit
Ok recently got hughes net satellite and they just told us about the download limit which is only 300 MBs. I already have a download manager that will download within the the times of no limit.(3am to 6am). Wh only got satellite because it was that or dial up and dial up is just too slow. anyway will listening to music on myspace, or playing games on pogo, count against the limit. Also would a playstation 3 or gaming system work on satellite.(or work enough to at least update the system between the hours.) just need a list of things that can and cannot be done over satellite.
