nintendo club question
I joined the Nintendo club online today and accessed the virtual shopping on my Wii, I purchased the points to buy some old games which were downloaded to my Wii, saved on its memory. I bought Super Mario bros 3 (NES) But it doesnt work. When I go on it from the Wii menu the screen comes up where you select 1/2 player its on for about a second then the screen just goes off. I pressed the home button which brought up play instructions etc, I thought that I must have to access it this way for it to work, then when I went to go on the game by selecting the option it just did the same again. I looked on Q & A on the Wii shopping and it says I can redownload it for free if it doesnt work, but when Ive gone to downloaded games it doesnt give me this option. I didnt want to delete the game then be recharged for it. Can you help me with this?? Ive been on the other internet options (the weather/news) and they work fine so I dont know why this happens, the console doesnt switch off but the TV screen goes blue like it does when the console gets switched off so I havent a clue?? Does anyone know cos this is all new to me! thanks for your help

Im having some Wii problems
Okay, for a while, my super smash bros brawl disc hasn't been playing correctly. I insert the disc and it says that there is no disc inserted. (I follow the troubleshooting section in the Wii manual and make sure the disc is clean and stuff). It still takes some tries to actually get it to play. Even then, sometimes after it gets past the opening stuff, its says that an unexpected error has occurred and I have to turn it off. I've never had this issue with any of my other games, so I just thought that my disc had some issues and left it at that. But last night, my brother said that while he was playing Mario Kart Wii, it just stopped and gave him the unexpected error multiples times. He said that once it even said that the system might be corrupted. And today, each of us played Animal Crossing Wii on separate occasions and both times after playing for about a half an hour, there was the unexpected error message again. I first thought it was just the game, but now I'm beginning to think that something's wrong with the Wii. So far these 3 games are the only ones that have had trouble. So, I was wondering if anyone knows what to do or has dealt with these problems before. My warranty has expired. I checked nintendo.com but it sort of confused me since there was like that free fix-your-brawl-game thing and a different thing for the unexpected error thing... All the games are US games (including the Wii) I got the Wii when the Christmas it first came out, so its not the youngest bird in the nest... Uh... ya.. the brawl disc used to do that... the disc on the wii menu would just spin around and nothing would happen except that lovely error message. How do I find out where a repair place is? Nintendo can still fix the Wii right? I just have to pay them for it right? NEW UPDATE! So I decided to test some other Wii games and none of the games seem to be working anymore. I've decided to stop using the Wii until I fix it.... Okay, so the Wii doesn't play Wii games but it playes Gamecube games....

What system do you think is winning the console wars xbox 360 wii or ps3
in my opinion its the 360 why because 1.more games 2.better online games 3.better hit games gears of war and gears of war 2 halo 3 fable etc 4.now its the cheapest system at the price of 199 5.a new dashboard is coming out....better updates 6.the elite ps3 is not good period and in my opinion is in third place 1.no hits games period...only metal gear solid....WOW 2.even though the online is free..what good game is to play online dont say call of duty cuz thats for the 360 3..trying to copy the wii by having a wireless motion controller 4.its just black and no upgrades are come out 5.no good games are coming out for it and most of them are for the 360 as well. the wii is ok 1.good fun games but mario is getting a bit repetitive think about it mario kart 10 mario party 18 come on 2. i think the old super smash bros is better 3.boring dashboard 4.saggy online play 5.no third party support 6.people think its better cuz its cheap
