freeware war games
Need help remembering a game title
Its not a popular game, it was old, I think freeware. But basically you had this solar system, 2D with planets around it, to fight you would build ships and then launch them to the planets, it was turn based, and when you launched ships depending on the arrangement of the planets made it take more or less time. There were other things you could do, like send probes to peoples planets and such, it war really fun however I can't find it via google because I don't have any good specifics.
Edit: For details all I can remember is that your main view was a solar system, it played a lot like risk, where you massed ships at a planet or planets and sent them to attack others, number battle, turn based, very similar to risk in that sense. I think it would be at least 5 years old, could be as old as 7 or 8 maybe. Not Overlord, though it does sound similar, but Overlord is much deeper than this game, it was pretty simple.
Found it: Figured it out, its solar wars. Thanks everyone!

Computer games that use JOYSTICK
I got a Logitech ATK 3 very cheap not so long ago... But I realised I have practically no games that support joystick besides Battlefield 1942 (limited - can't aim with tank) and Live for Speed... I've tried searching for "joystick games" but haven't found anything. What I'm looking for is basically games whether freeware or cracked games that use joystick.
It can be many genres, preferably arcade-ish or some sort of war simulator (simpleish).... Although I don't really want driving games because I already have a good 1. My specs are:
AMD anthlon 2800+ 2.01ghz
Geforce 5500 FX
1.256gb ram
Windows XP
I do, just a fighting/war 1, also it's possible to play Battlefield 1942 aircrafts/land vehicles/boats/submarines with a joystick... but somewhat limited. Now back to the question >.>"

Looking for a war game to play on my laptop
I would love a wargame like virtual villagers except in virtual villagers you just take care of them on an island and nothing ever happens. I liked civilization, but I prefer to get a game that doesn't require a disk, enless it is something I can buy down at the local walmart. I would prefer 3D graphics or 2D like the ones in Vantage Master ((LOVE THAT GAME! Just it was too short and got old fast.)) I prefer fantasy war or medieval war over classic world war clones. ((Hate those.)) I don't mind shareware, but I prefer freeware if there are any decent ones anymore. RTS or Turn Based, either one works for me. My laptop has only 320 RAM and 500 MHz so it needs to be something it can handle.
Thanks in advance!

Where to play Gostop online
I'm looking for a website or downloadable game where I can play go-stop. For an english-speaker, ideally.
It was once on Yahoo Games but it's gone now. Gamedesign.jp has a nice flash version of hanafuda, but it doesn't handle the "go" bonus the way I'd prefer. mrhwatu.com requires registration, which I would like to avoid...
I originally got hooked on go-stop by playing a freeware game on the mac called "war of flowers".
keywords: hwatu, godori, korea, korean card game go-stop, hwa-t'u, flower cards, hanafuda, hana fuda
