What video game would make for the best lessons on freedom
I'm a teacher and I'm designing some lessons around the concept of freedom. I'd like to teach this using a video game (preferably a free flash-based web game, but I could also try something that the students need to purchase and/or download). I need a video game in which: 1) The students can have avatars that can take fairly varied actions. They should be able to walk around, talk to each other, and manipulate the environment in simple ways. 2) As the teacher, I can manipulate the total environment a little - set up situations in which they have to make choices. Essentially, I want to be the Dungeon master/Lawnmower man/God. 3) Preferably, an environment closed to the outside (maybe by invite only), so it's just me and my class in this virtual world. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do Second Life or the Sims meet the above three criteria? Are there any web-based games/environments that might work? Thanks!

okay I really badly want to play sims 2 is it possible to download sims 2 for ps2 and then play on the ps2 by burning it to a cd and if thats not possible IDK what to do dont tell me go buy the game and this has to bee free and what kind of disk and program would i need for this thanks umm......... okay people i really am thinking about buying it would be alot easier and not illegal im sorry u wasted ur time but this might come in handy if i plan to ever make a video game thanks anyways

Can music from the Sims be purchased
Is there any way I can legally buy the music featured in The Sims games (1,2, or 3)? On Amazon? iTunes? And if you are going to give me a websites were I can download the files for free, that's kinda a waste of time because I'm not a criminal and I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Thanks much! :)

Lots of Help with Downloading Costum Content for Sims 2
I downloaded some things from this website: http://www.stylistsims.net/sims2/index.html I have no idea how to get them on my game. If its easy, that great, but I know as much about computers as an old year old does. :( I need step-by-step EASY to follow instructions on how to get them on my game. How do I update my video card on my Windows XP Home edition
I have been trying to play the Sims 3, but after installing the game, my computer says that my video card does not appear to support at least a Shader model 2. I've tried to do the INtell downloading but its states that i have an error. I have a Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller. Any suggestions?? Any free downloads are appreciated

SIMS 3 HELP black objects
I have sims 3 and when i started playing in create a sim the people are all black and its annoying and some of the buildings are dim. I have a Macbook OS X (the one before leopard, tiger) but last year i got leopard. here are some things i need to play: Mac OS X 10.5.7 Leopard or higher Intel Core Duo Processor 2 GB RAM ATI X1600 or Nvidia 7300 GT with 128 MB of Video RAM, or Intel Integrated GMA X3100. At least 6.1 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB of additional space for custom content and saved games This game will not run on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5) based Mac systems, or the GMA 950 class of integrated video cards. I want a free download that will fix the black objects. A link would be wonderful!
