play car racing games

building a custom gaming desk PC
looking for ideas on building a gaming desk for my computer. If anyone has seen the V1 gaming desks that is the idea I'm playing around with here. If not go check them out on there website, there amazing but I"m not going to pay $2000 for some aluminum tubing. I'm pretty good at building things but I trying to figure out different ways to do this. What different type of materials do you think would work easiest ? If you know any web sites that may be helpful? Web sites that I could purchase parts for this desk ? Ideas on the design ? I'm not saying it has to be exactly that but something similar I want to build and of course I am going to mount a racing car seat for it but ideas on the frame , materials I could use to make the frame ?

I cant find a game PC with hovercars
Ok, so, a few years back , I played this game, and now i can't remember what it's called. The game is very old. It was with hovercars , that could shoot eachother. The action took place in a city, and the neighbourhoods of the city were connected through some tunnels that closely resembled highway tunnels. The coloristic of the city was mainly dark, shades of black and dark shades of green mostly. If I remember correctly, it had a thirller-ish storyline. It somewhat resembles the game Beam Breakers , but without the races . The game was mainly about shooting other cars. And if i can remeber correctly, once in a while there were ships that launched into outer space , from the city. Does anyone know what game this is? I have been searching for it for an entire week now and I can't find it :(

Dirt track racing sprint cars video problems nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512 mbs ddr2 video card
Hello. Im run windows xp sp3 <<my problem is with widows bc my other computer has the same virsion and it woks fine im prety sure i got all the updates and stuff for drictx im trying to play dirt track racing sprint car but when the game start and i get to the main menu there are no worrds just big gray lines wear the words should be and when i do try to race its just gray and white and purple BUT it does play just no graphics textures .. i got a nvidia geforce 8400 bs with driver versions 6.14.11.9083 installed.......i set the game to autodetect graphics and it starts with drectx but no graphics textures i did try loading the game on anthor system and it played perfect then installed my video card and had the same problem on that system CAN THIS BE FIXED WHY IS IT HAPPENING WHAT SHOULD I DO <i realy like my video card i never have problems for it tell now plz dont tell me to trash it lol.....ps dtrs is older game my card is newer and i do play dirt track racing2 just fine <the game will run on softwear mode but the it looks like hell >>>>>>>thanks guy yall are the best

That one game in the 90s
Does anyone remember the title of a shooter/racing game that was developed in the '90s? In the game you could lay mines, shoot with a machine gun then upgrade your car with 'double' machine guns. It was from sky view, and it was 2d. It was a fun game to play. Too bad I forgot the title to it =(

Name of this Nintendo Ds Game
A while ago, I brought a game for the Nintendo Ds, and I lost it whilst on holiday (the game, and packaging) about 2 months after i got it. This is all I can remember about it: -The game play is in "Real Time" -It has two versions (a boy character or a girl character) -You had to go round the street and collect up the rubbish, and recycle it in the recycling bins -You could get coins and win a prize at the game rooms. The prize would them become a collectible. - Sometimes you had to put posters on cars about pollution -It had mini-games like a scooter race rally, skipping in the school playground, and shooting basketballs into hoops. Thats all I can remember.... Please help (its bugging me that I cant think of the name) Thanks in advance :D Note- I have tried to look for it on google by typing in keywords, but no such luck.
